Laconia-----Mrs. Marion E. VanDine, 90, formerly of North Main Street, died at the Belknap County Nursing Home, Thursday, August 1, 2002. She was the widow of Arthur S. VanDine who died in 1960.
Mrs. VanDine was born June 25, 1912 in Meredith, NH the daughter of Norman M. and Nellie E. (Tilton) Corliss, Jr.
Mrs. VanDine had been a resident of Laconia since 1991 coming from Beverly, MA. She had been employed as a sales clerk at Almyís Dept. Store in Beverly for many years.
Mrs. VanDine attended Our Lady Of The Lakes Church..
Survivors include a nephew and 3 nieces. She predeceased by her husband, her parents and a brother Raymond Corliss.
There are no calling hours .
A private service will be held at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Beverly, MA.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Belknap County Nursing Home, Activities Fund, 30 County Drive, Laconia, NH 03246.
